Title: Leafs dreams

This is actually quite impressive. I like the NSH move but Jarnkrok instead of Granlund. Jarnkrok is better, can play centre, and cheaper. I would not give up Mikheyev in that package. Take out Mikheyev and Granlund, and add Jarnkrok and that's a sweet deal for both tbh. Kings would not give up Kempe; swap him with Athanasiou, or just take him and Hirvonen out. I would't acquire Mantha. I get that he is good and under valued kinda because he plays for DET, but that's not a nice contract and cap hit to digest into your team for 4 years remaining. I would do Glendenning and a fifth for Kerfoot. Keep Dermott for depth.

Think the Leafs miss the playoff with those trades. Leafs trade six NHL regulars and then have to wait three weeks for the incoming seven to be NHL ready. And the Leafs trade two NHL Dmen without immediate replacements.
And really some trades that don't help the Leafs at all this season. Mantha, Savard Granlund, Sarvos certainly aren't better then the players exciting. Then it's pricey overpay in prospects and picks for the other three for really a marginal improvement...except for Ekblom.

Wings pass and it's not close and then you want retention for 4 years. Woooooooo it's bad. Leafs add in nylander and sandin to even this trade out
