It depends if you consider the Panarin or Zibanejad line the “first line”

I can’t imagine they’d break up Kreider-Zib-Buch now that Zib is rolling again. Panarin and Strome are essentially tied at the hip, so realistically they could slot any of the kids in as the rw on that line. But unfortunately there’s an overarching theme of having to “earn” ice time with this coaching staff, so I’d say there’s probably a 90% chance he starts off in the bottom 6

I did these because they seem like the most realistic option that we’ll see. If I was given the option, I’d put Tarmo in Hajek’s spot (Smith is more useful IMO) and I’d probably put Gauthier in for Lemieux, but that’s not all that consequential
