You're right about the quarantine but no way the Leafs do those trades. Quick isn't better than Anderson, and AA has fallen off and isn't needed by the Leafs. Seems like a steep price for the Rakell who isn't THAT special, and his cap hurts the Leafs next year.

dont get me wrong quick hasnt been good. but 3m retention in flat cap gunna cost a bit. especially where you think you are getting AA back? a ufa rental isnt exactly moving the needle for LA and the 2nd and kral wont get it done. think you need to add to toronto to get fair value. but again, i dont know why toronto would want the worse goalie in the trade?

I don’t believe Quick will get traded at all. His trade value is not worth the Kings moving him. I think teams are kicking the tires, but I don’t see him moving anywhere. The Kings aren’t exactly hurting for cap space where moving him is necessary.

That and he does nothing for us. Once upon a time he was incredible but now not so much.

If Im Dubas and I want to trade for a goalie I would be looking for an upgrade over freddie not a downgrade at this point. I have a feeling freddies numbers dropped due to him playing through an injury. Lets see how healthy freddie does once he returns from this LBI
