I actually this trade would put the Leafs over the top by adding some sandpaper to their forward group.

He has more trade value than that. There aren't many players like him and if he hit the market there would be way better options

He is a great player......so the Revised deal is Nylander, Liljegren, Hallander plus a First and Second Round Pick for Tkachucks......Can I have some comments from others on CapFriendly if this gets the deal done?

You are talking about a future Hockey Hall of Famer.......So lots of teams want him......his Stats would be higher if not playing with another centre like Matthews.

What any team would need to pay to acquire EITHER of the Tkachuk brothers would be so astronomically high that it becomes a no win deal.

Tavares has 4 more seasons at $11M per with $7M+ of it as a bonus payment in each of those years... during a cap freeze for at least one or two more years. I'm anxious to see how that trade plays out for Toronto.

Gee if sandpaper is so important why aren't the Flames in the top four right now?
In another statement you called him a "great player". His production doesn't indicate great, though he has lots of notoriety.
