Debrusk is not on the block.

They will consider moving him for the right deal. It won’t be for rentals.

I don't get Debrusk to NJ, NJ already has a ton of LW prospects/ players: Kuokkanen, Maltsev, Boqvist, Foote / Zacha (think he played better at LW), Bratt, and Wood.

Bratt has probably played more RW then left in his career. Boqvist they want to play Center which he is currently doing in the AHL. Malstev and Zacha play C or LW. Kuokkanen and wood can and currently do play both sides.

I get your point, I just think Debrusk is further along then most of those players and would be a great compliment for a player like Hughes. Especially if they move on from Palms because Foote isn’t Top 6 ready yet and neither is Holtz.

I doubt he gets moved. Put the odds at less than 10%. Sounds like they are backing off Ekholm which is one of the few guys i could see them moving him for.

There is no way in hell they trade a 24 year old under team control that has averaged 24g 47pt for 82 games for his career for rental(s). Makes zero sense.

Yes they will listen to offers and are willing to move him to help the team. That is true of almost anyone. No they are not actively shopping/looking to trade him.

are you kidding? NJ needs as much help offensively as they can get, Debrusk is better than everyone you just listed besides Bratt

No, I do agree DeBrusk is better now. But I am very high on Kuokkanen, Zacha, and Foote can become.
