Have to think Buffalo would want quality pieces over quantity. Have to think a 2022 instead of a 2021 first, and Rossi need to be in the trade

Devils trade isn't that bad. Maybe upgrade the pick to a 2nd.
Buffalo would want Rossi as the main piece going back

Buffalo trade is beyond a joke from Minnesota wild.

No, wild aren't adding on that many pieces especially if Kevin fiala is involved

What? It's a giant overpay by the Wild. If two 1sts, Dumba and Fiala aren't quality then it begs the question what is?

If Sabres are trading Jack, the main quality of the return should be prospects. Not a turning 27 year old defenseman, and 2 firsts in a bad draft class, with uncertainty with scouting behind so uncertain this year. If Sabres took this deal to a different team, there would be a A level prospect offered because it's Jack. It'd need to be a 2022 first, take Dumba out, put in an A level prospect, then it's definitely more on the right pace. Sabres would be foolish to take this in my opinion, and feel if the sabres would accept a deal like this it'd already be done but a team like the Rangers/Kings

I agree with you in that this deal doesn't make sense for the Sabres, but just wanted to point out that there is plenty of quality in this deal, this is actually just a poor deal for both teams.
