Because you need a goalie on the taxi squad at all times. Not sure why they wouldn't give him a game or send him back down for the amerks hasn't tonight though.

The only reason UPL is up because Ullmark and Hutton are out. Ullmark will be back soon. I’m not sure if he will play. They got more than a 3rd for washed up Staal, they can get more for Hall.

Bad trades. If Staal gets 3rd and 5th, Hall will get at least 2nd.

Maybe because UPL is not ready yet? You don't want to break the psyche of a young goalie so that he conceded 5-6 goals in the first game. Maybe Philadelphia rushed with Carter Hart and he should have played more in the AHL?
