Maybe I’m bias but that just feels too rich for BOS. DeBrusk has obviously struggled but he’s not that far removed from being a 20 goal guy, he’s still relatively young. Also, Palmieri doesn’t play on a great team but at the moment he’s less than a .5 ppg. I can’t see BOS ponying up to that level even if a bidding war for Palmieri ensues. I love the player/fit though. Not sure how I feel about Vatanen yet.

Palmieri to Boston has rumored but DeBrusk and Vatanen involved, never seen that.

Sure, that’s fair. I just see so many people make the argument “Well DeBrusk is worth less b/c of the year he’s having” then you have to call a spade a spade with Palmieri too (not saying you did that, I should’ve been more clear in my post) I agree the value is somewhere between. My hope would be the B’s hold on to JDB and use someone like Palmieri to spark him and Krejci, but I’m not sure what NJD would want back in terms of prospects/picks.
