If we are trading Butcher and getting back Byron, I expect a higher pick.

I agree. A first is too much but this is what I see
Butcher is worth a 2nd or 3rd and prospect
Byron costs at least a 2nd to dump.

So either Butcher for Byron and 2 2nds or Butcher for Byron 2nd 3rd and prospect (Harris?).
