I watch it for ****s and giggles. They are by far the worst in all of sports broadcasting.

You say lots of calls missed/bad but then also say the commentators are complaining about those missed/bad calls.....i'm not sure what your trying to say here, seems justified honestly.

Well, they're right the officiating is bad for all 31 teams and it wasn't really good today for both teams. They're just stating facts.

Cozens gets clocked in the head with an elbow and they go on about how it was a bad call for the whole first period. They are the absolute worst. They don’t have a clue and are off the charts on the dunning Kruger charts.

They also thought the Subban trip was a bad call too. They're bias (and Jack is over the top), but pretty much every team's crew is. 90% of their audience are fans of their team so you cant really blame them for that. Don't watch if you don't like it.

This was the first full game I've heard him commentate and he was annoying. I get that in this game their was a lot to complain about but I feel like he does this often

They didn't complain about that. Brickley disagreed with the call on the goalie interference but they didn't think the puck completely crossed the line afterwards. Those were the rights calls. The hooking/tripping calls in the second period (Grzelcyk, Subban, Zacha (non-call)) were questionable and they complained about that. They almost missed the 4min penalty on Kuokkanen in 3rd.

Sure... if youre not a fan of the team i can see how it be annoying, there's a lot he says that i end up disagreeing with. But every teams crew is bias, Jack is way over the top and thats his schtick. The funniest part about it is, is his job is literally entertainment, and there are people in this thread who are not Bruins fans tuning in to listen to him.

Jack Edwards is a Boston legend and is the biggest homer in the sports world. I love him as a Bruins fan, but I suppose it would come across as obnoxious for anyone who isn’t.

I like listening to Bowen. He is nothing like that. Maybe a 60/40 split but he’s a million times more modest than those to knuckle heads. Also love listening to Rick Jeanneret. He’s a complete homer but he’s not a pompous asshole.

Jeanneret is a homer, Jack is an obnoxious asshole. There is a huge difference between the two. I like listening to jack for a good laugh about how petty and pathetic he is. I would be embarrassed if covered my team.

Ok. I mean thats fine, i dont disagree at all with Bowen and Jeannert. I would say most rational Bruins fans would say Jack is over the top, thats his thing. You admitted yourself you watch to laugh at him. His job is to entertain. No Bruins fan is saying hes the next Doc Emrick.

I see so many Bruins fans being salty on social media. It's hilarious how people think those last two calls were wrong lol. But overall, I get why he's biased and over the top but I find it annoying.

I mean i never said that...both of those calls were correct. i also said i can see how you would find it annoying. Im not really watching NESN to listen to Jack, its more to listen to the game from the Bruins perspective. I
