An extra year at 4.5 for a goalie that lost his job to Mike Smith and looks like he's struggling to track the puck? No thanks. You'd have to pay us assets to take him off your hands as a cap dump.

In my opinion, we need Larsson. We should keep him, then resign him and Barrie. Trade both of Bear, and Jones bring in Martinez if Klefbom isn’t back. So I would run for our defence,

    Nurse-Barrie
    Martinez or Klefbom-Bouchard
    Lagesson-Larsson

He isn’t at all. Did you watch the game yesterday? He played very solid. He’s a good third pair shutdown defence man that can play very well with Lagesson. He can also slot up in the top 4 if there is a injury.

Detroit declines. You have to take way more than just a pack of bud light. You have to take ALL the Bud light to Edmonton with you. Detroit doesn't want that watery garbage.

These trades make the team worse, if you think that Larsson isn't playing well you need to pay closer attention.

Same mix of players I’d have on the blue line just would have larsson playing ahead of bouch just based off experience nothing against bouch have a ton of faith in him just has to earn his way into the top four handful of games this year isn’t enough maybe by the end of next year see how it goes.

Isn't Larsson a UFA this year? Why would NJ trade a 2nd rounder for 20 games of him when they are nowhere near playoffs and can sign him instead after the season?

That’s fair. I have Larsson on the third with Lagesson because they are great together, and they would be an excellent shutdown pair!

Agreed. Even tho haven’t been overly impressed with lagesson lately there is a lot to like about his game. He’s well developed but still new to the big league so should expect some ups and downs just happy his downs aren’t really hurting the team like when bear was going threw a really rough patch felt every mistake was directly leading to goals against.

Yup, Bears problem was very annoying. I personally think we should trade both him and Jones, as I don’t like both of them. Lagesson is good, but he will do better if he’s on that bottom pair with Larsson, because he won’t be facing the competition that the top 4 will face.

A Canadien asking for bud light is just wrong.
