Kunin's looked a little more impressive since he came back from IR. Even a generous offer is still going to be less than what NSH gave up for him though. I can't see the Preds taking a loss on him this soon, especially now that they've crept back into the playoff picture.

Check his advanced stats, he is killing it defensively, the lead forward on the pk and since they moved him to 3C between Donskoi and Nichushkin that line has started to produce offensively. He is dirt cheap ($875k), and is almost guaranteed to be protected in the XD so @Foppa21 isn’t exaggerating “Not for sale”.

Yeah, Jost isn't for sale. Super cheap contract, and is our best PKer by a fair distance (not that other guys have been bad, but he's just been lights-out on the PK). His defensive game has never been in question, but his offense has. He's started to produce now while centering the 3rd though, and if he can get to a consistent 30-35 point level he'll be a beauty of a 3C for this team.

There's also no expansion draft concern with him, as he'll get protected ahead of Donskoi and Compher due to the value of his low caphit relative to those two guys.

He's not for sale, but if you want an idea on value I doubt Sakic would move him for a late 1st in this years draft. You'd have to overpay to get him.
