Absolutely not. I wouldn’t even touch Roussel if he was making league minimum. And we certainly aren’t taking on that terrible contract.

That cap space can be spent better elsewhere in a market where it’s tough for UFAs, plus they could take on a contract like Beagle’s and likely get a 3rd as well. And if they need a 4C they can sign a better player for league minimum in free agency.

Kings don't want Beagle they already have Carter as a veteran option, here is their center depth: Kopitar, Vilardi, Carter, JAD, Lizotte, Andersson, Kupari, Turcotte, Byfield, Thomas, Madden, and Dudas. They don't need a center.

Oh he still has something in the tank, but no team is taking him at $3M unless you are retaining. The Kings should push hard to get Elder however.

i think thats an overpay to dump eriksson. lind is probably one of the best players available for them to pick anyway
