To me the only ones that shouldn't be considered in a move are Robertson niemela and hirvonen as for what they might want out of those devil players it's really only palms

And Liljegren, he's better than Niemela. I wouldn't trade Robertson or Liljegren and the rest are options in the right trade.

Difference of opinion but I understand it. But the only absolute untouchables would be Robertson and Sandin. The rest could be had if it was a deal that couldn't be refused

I just don't think trading an NHL ready RHD is wise

I'm not opposed to lilj, but the other two are 100% not worth moving for a rental. Lilj and a third for retention would be what I would look at.. or something alone those lines engvall would have to be included for cap purposes

I would think Leafs woudl make almost any leap that would put them any closer to the promised land. I am not downplaying your prospects but isn't this "the year"? Its not like the ask is Palms for Marner/Matthews/Nylander. Just a thought. Its kinda tough to ask for what could be the final piece to be retained, take back a contract, offer a player drafter 4 yrs ago and is just starting to play and a third which has little to no chance of ever playing at the pro level. I think Palms goes to Bos or hopefully Long Island, and it wont make a difference.

It is "the year" but that doesn't mean we lose sense of worth. Liljegren is a good prospect who is NHL and will likely be a really good number 4 d man and possibly a number three with more ice time. I never said palms was "the piece" I don't mind him but he's further down my list. We can't compromise our future just to say the hell with it on maybe
