That FLA trade undoes what JD & Gorton are trying to build. Don't need Yandle at all. Trouba isn't going anywhere in the short term.

Keep the 2023 1st & swap Robertson for Schneider (especially if you were also trying to trade Trouba) , that's about right for value, for anyone that isn't a Sabres homer Fan

Not sure there willing to eat that much salary on trouba not mention he has value to him especially if you retain. Too much going to Buffalo- the height is 4 1sts and you’ve offered more than that.

How do you plan on signing Mika, Fox and Kravtsov? $10 mil isn’t getting it done. At that point I’d rather keep DeAngelo then sign Hjalmarsson cause you gave him the extra year. I guess if you don’t sign him you gotta roll with Hájek or Reunanen. Best thing might be to bring back Smith cheap as a 1 year gap player. Not spending almost $3 mil for Hags on the 4th line. Sending too much to Buffalo for Eichel. Rather not do that trade at all. Plus retaining on Trouba for so long is not feasible with the cap being flat.
