He has completely failed as a head coach. His job was developing the kids. Kakko and Laf developing correctly are the most important part of the rebuild and he hasn't put them in a position to succeed.

With the trade deadline approaching on April 12, management probably told Quinn to put Blackwell on the Panarin -Strome line for the next week to beef up his already impressive goal totals. Maybe he could draw a 3rd and 4th? Possibly a 2nd I’m hoping after a good week.
