Description

Wild have a Logjam on D heading into the Expansion Draft. Clear out a D, and pick up another serviceable D on an expiring Contract. Plus a bottom line C.

Rangers have extra D spot for Expansion Draft. Vet to play alongside Lundkvist next Season. No use for Howden with another year of Rooney.

Not a fan of Soucy's contract. We have way too many prospects to being doing these type of deals.

Leave it at Howden for a 5th.

I personally want to see what Tarmo can do. Just not sure how the Front Office would feel about a young Tarmo-Lundkvist combo next Season.

If Reunanen gets an opportunity after the trade deadline and impresses, then I'd be comfortable slotting him with Nils Lundkvist. Otherwise, I'd rather give Nils a veteran. Soucy is an intriguing option, but I wouldn't say he's on the table until the offseason from Minnesota's perspective
