Since Chicago is 4th seed in the Central, I could see them selling their upcoming UFA for picks to continue their rebuild

You can take the NSH players off the list, they probably make the playoffs at this point.
They will be close enough to not sell and just play it out.
I think the most likely guy to move is Savard, Hall, and maybe Palmieri.
I don't expect a lot of action.
