That's why I said none of this would happen but for Malkin, while u still have a chance at the playoffs if u go on a tear then why not get Malkin. U also have Markstrom for 7-8 years anyway so.

No we don't. We have literally no chance at playoffs. And if we do make it we better win the cup because we would have to win every single game for the rest of the season.

Well with malkin you never know. you could pop off but yea i'd say the North is pretty set on who's gonna make playoffs and who's not.
