There are rumors that Glendenning may go for as high as a 2nd (I personally think that is steep, but it's what is being reported) and Merrill can probably get us a 4th or 5th alone. Also, we're not retaining on any low contracts, as we have more expensive ones to retain on.

I was thinking korpisalo might be an option, depending on what the asking price is. Odds are we'd be losing him in the expansion draft so i think compher owuld have to go back but if we're gettting savard and foglino we don't really need any other trades

This is just too much. Avs aren’t trading for Korpisolo, and they sure as hell aren’t trading for 2 defenseman that Byram is significantly better than. One dman, a back up goalie, and maybe a depth guy that are ALL going to be UFA’s is the most they will do.

If Glendening nets them a 2nd he’ll even a 3rd I would buy you a beer. The Avs gave OTT a 4th rd pick for Namestikov last year before Covid, you don’t really think Glendening nets more than that do you? A team giving up a 2nd at the trade deadline is going to want more production than what Glendening provides.
