I would scratch Thornton though honestly. To me he is the only weak spot in the forward group. Everyone else has a role.

You probably need to add a C prospect or a third to the CBJ deal. CBJ would consider because it would allow them to limbo out of the expansion dilemma with Merzlikans and Korpisalo.

We may have to pony up some more to get it done and dummy has said that he is willing. Freddy being traded will be seen as either the trade that won us the cup or lost it for us. Either way, I think we need to. I would hate to sit on him and wonder what if for another 60 years

I love Jumbo too. Amazing role model and great personality, but he has been pretty useless since March 1st.
No points in his last 12 games and only 2 points in his last 19 games... Thats with time on the PP and playing time in the top 6.
