The team higher in the standings trades their best goalie (AND a pick?!?!) to get a guy that possibly won't make it off LTIR before the end of the year. Seems like a bad move for the Panthers.

???? Gee, Florida is on their Cup run, they won't be trading Dreiger, especially for as little as that.
Olesiak is big, but he not be better partner for Bogosian than Dermot. Get Olie is you want but silly to trade away a top 6 Dman just to acquire him.

Take Dermott out of the DAL deal, and add Barabanov because they need forwards (and or Petan). Florida wouldn't do that, especially if they are dishing a fourth to get Andersen.
