Kneeo is a cap dump at this point he's a severely declining player there would have to be 2 second round picks going the other way.

Gio could get Hepo and a 2nd, but not 2 2nds. If you retain on Ryan you could get a 4th. Rittich will not net a good prospect and a 1st

If you trade Giordano blow it up. He's your captain, and a huge part of your defense. He's obviously aging and will decline very quickly, but regardless, trading him means blow it up.

Why? Gio is aging in a serious way, he creates a big Seattle expansion for the Flames. More than anything, we owe it to Gio to give him a chance at winning for these last two years of his deal. Last time the Flames kept ahold of our Captain for emotional reasons we barely got anything in return...

I think the Gio would be more for his leadership since FLA has little xp in the postseason. He might be declining but he isn't done, and would be a great influence on any younger team heading into the playoffs. I agree the two 2nd rounders is a bit much you might get a 4th if FLA convinces themselves they need that kind of leadership in their locker room.
