Im so lost.. you know the expansion draft is after the season, so you dont have to worry about Allen for now. Habs probably want to give Primeau a shot at some point.
I also dont think Manson is the guy for MTL.. they could use a lefty. I would target someone like Dunn.

I think the player coming back in the Manson trade will be the big piece not the pick. Not to mention he doesn’t fit what MTL needs.

Montreal rejects both trades.. We don't need a backup goalie. We already have Lindgren and Primeau who both have already proved they can play limited NHL minutes when required. Allen is good enough to be our started in the meantime.

Manson is right handed and isn't any better than Chiarot on that pairing. Montreal isn't going to trade a 1st round pick for a rental.
