Tell us, why do these players waive their NTCs? Tampa might have to move their younger players who have no trade restrictions.

While it's not optimal in doing business it gives them a bit of control on where they go. Use the someone will claim you on waivers threat.
Why does Kucherov waive his NMC Bbt that standard he can't even be threatened with waivers?

Johnson has been placed on waivers....no takers due to value of his contract. Palat and Killorn would be claimed. McDonagh another long term contract, might be no takers for him either.
And placing a player in the minors, saves just 300,000 maximum per player

Gee, I don't any of those players waive their NTCs and certainly Kucherov doesn't waive his NMC.
