Terrible for the Jets. Way too much to give up for a forward they have no use for and a defenseman that doesn't play a style that the Jets need.

They need to find out what Wheeler's injury is like. If he will be out for long WPG could be a spot for hall in the top 6, although, if Wheeler is only out for the next 5 days then don't waste picks and prospects on a guy that doesn't have a spot in the lineup.

That is a pretty rich deal for Buffalo who at this point just want to stop paying Hall to watch hockey. If the Jets went this route, I could see the lines running:

Connor-Scheifele-Ehlers
Hall-Dubois-Wheeler
Copp-Lowry-Appleton
Perreault-Stastny-Lewis

That is the best forward core in the league, now pick up Manson to play with Morrissey, Mike Reilly to play on the 3rd pair, and that is a Stanley Cup favorite!

For sure. I dont think Hall gets you a first right now. He's got 2 goals on the season. I know he'd be a lot better in the jets lineup, but not worth cost. Also, how much does Miller add to this D core? If the jets are gonna deal their first they need to target a top 4 dman

Maybe, but a first is way too much to waste on Hall. He's been abysmal this year, so the Jets shouldn't be bringing someone like that in and chancing messing up the locker room. They'd be better off playing Vesalainen and using the first to acquire something they actually need, like a top 4 RHD.
