I would think that Vancouver easily accepts given his contract. I hear Vrana is pretty good.

Quick and easy no. Panik is unacceptable for reasons similar to Kerfoot - he doesn't add value here AND his contract would get in the way of retaining some rather important players; y'know, guys like Jones, Werenski, Laine, the goaltenders...
