Umm yeah. While I personally do not like Hall at all (in terms of paying to acquire him).. and I think someone will overpay for him. I’d think half the league can beat this.

See, heres where youre wrong- he said its the best offer we were gonna get. Cant argue with city hall. Which is funny because after hearing how many dozen of firsts it would take for us to move skinner or okposo, i would think at least one of those seconds is to offset the two bonus years of byron. And i dont want two years of byron for a late second, so im not even sure if this is the best offer the habs could make.

Nobody is taking Byron unless they are eating half the contract to move it. And since they would never do that, they’re just going to have to buy him out in the off-season like the Sabres will with Okposo.
