I don't think it's worth it for Florida, Liane has just been awful and those are some good prospects to give up along with a first. Better off getting hall for way less of a price, Savard would be good for them but price also won't be too high.

Sobering but his results this season have been frankly awful: out of 423 qualified NHL forwards he's 400th by pts/60 and significantly negative Corsi as well

Primary pts/60 rate reminiscent of Tanner Glass

Defensive metrics not flattering either

I don't think Columbus will sell low on Laine because they know it's been a coaching issue with him. They'll either keep him or wait for a massive haul, which this just isn't that. I'd think with Florida a package would have to start with Knight which I'm sure they'd balk at. Don't know if the sides work out that well for a deal.
