CBJ arnt trading Elvis. He's the only good goalie they have. Your value of Savard is way off. You compare him to the Muzzin deal but he doesn't have the valuable part, an extra year of term.

I think the Oilers would out bid the Leafs for Elvis, but I can’t see them trading either goalie until the offseason at the earliest.

fair. Tarasov is a good prospect tho, if I'm not mistaken. They're also getting Andersen in the trade, who has had a pretty bad year, but has been good previously. If they're selling, which they would need to be in order for them to move Savard, I can see them moving Elvis. Obviously, I'm not a Jackets fan, and I haven't followed them too closely. A lot probably depends on what they think of Tarasov and Korpisalo.
