I do not see any of these being big enough net upgrades to be worth the prices. Oleksiak would be a good third pairing LD add, but I have seen enough of Sergachev playing RD this year to prefer him on the left side by a wide margin. And we lose Rutta, who is better than most give him credit for, and has been Hedman's best pairing partner this season when healthy.

Coleman and Goodrow were definitely players JBB liked. They also filled holes the team clearly needed filled. A backup goalie no better than McElhinney, a 4th line center, and a bottom pairing LD doesn't stand out as needs we'd aggressively pursue or need at all. I think if Tampa makes a splash it's a RHD. If anything happens before the TDL I am going to say it's Manson.

I wouldn’t trade Oleksiak for that. We have two RD who’re better than him in Heiskanen and Klingberg. Switch that package to a 2nd and we accept.

So we're trading a 1st for a 4th line center, just to knock out Colton who has been our best player the last 2 weeks (except for maybe Gourde). Not to mention we have Stephens to play 4c as well
