I think these are fair offers, would be willing to add a tiny bit to both if necessary but think they're fine as is. Maybe the ask is higher but I wouldn't go much higher, really don't think Savard is worth a 1st or an A-prospect and Gawanke is a RHD prospect who is playing his second season in the AHL, think he'd be a good get for the Jackets.

Yes DeMelo to the taxi squad, he's terribly slow and hasn't been good so far this year, if somebody claimed him so be it though I doubt any team would with his contract.

These are the lines I'd like to see, I know they'll never happen.

Usually I'd be against trading assets for rentals but with the expansion draft coming I think it makes sense to this year.

Really don't think the Jets need to add any forwards even with Wheeler's injury, they have plenty of forward depth and guys who can move up the lineup if necessary.

Adding these two would really improve the Jets weak defense and give them some much needed depth for what's hopefully a long playoff run.
