I thought it was bad trade to trade for Hamonic. Keep those picks but sign a UFA for Hamonic money or make a trade...maybe a player and 2nd rounder for RHD...but hold onto that first.

This is like a double hindsight question.

1. Would I undo that trade? In a heartbeat. Flames were pretenders at the time.

2. So the thing with Dobson (and Ty Smith for that matter too) is they were expected to go in the top 10, and in some mocks even top 5. So it's kinda hard to say exactly. Going to the draft floor I probably would have looked at moving up in the draft to try and get Brady (projected draft spot was around 6-9)
