Boston wasn't willing to give up a 1st for Palms, can't imagine they'd be willing to here

I don't know that he's worth a 1st honestly, but that's what the rumored value is for him. The market is getting thinner, so maybe Boston ponies up the 1st this time. Boston scouts and Hockey Op execs have been at the Kings games recently.

Welcome back!

I'd move Lizotte in and Vilardi over to the right, pushing Luff out.

I like Athanasiou, Anderson-Dolan and Moore together.

Let's go Kings!

I would be interested in seeing more of that line together.

Lizotte (and Wagner) needs to sit. I like a scrappy guy who tries hard, but at a certain point, you need to produce more. Luff may not be better, but lets give him as much of an opportunity as Lizotte got to make that determination.

Actually, the guy I really want to see in there and make the team is Martin Frk.

I have to preface this with that I like this lineup and have a difficult time changing anything but since it’s a non reality that has no consequences, why not. With Iafallo traded of course. I like Matt Luff and can only surmise that Wagner has become a favorite of McClellan is why he plays so much more than Luff. Even though they just placed him on waivers , I’d insert Frk into the lineup and put him on Vilardis wing because they had great chemistry in the AHL and I’d say it’s more important to get Vilardi going/comfortable then dealing with either Luff or Wagner so I’d take either out for Frk. Id also reinsert Lizotte for Anderson. Lizotte has good chemistry with AA and Carter it seems and Anderson has a long term outlook with the team where I don’t think the same about Lizotte. In turn, this puts Lemieux on Vilardi and Frks wing which seems bizarre other than the fact Lemieux and Vilardi played some juniors together so more comfortability for Vilardi. All this said, it’d be kopitars line for first line, Carter’s line for second, Vilardis for 3rd to ease his responsibility/ competition and Moores for 4th line if you wanted a textbook breakdown of what each line is in the lineup. There’s probably some room argument over this idea but it’s how I’d look at it. Again I’m not McClellan so there’s no consequences if I’m wrong. lol
