I think the suspension needs to stretch into the playoffs. Possibly for the entire 1st round. Panarin was w/o his helmet and extremely vulnerable. NHL cant allow superstars (or anyone, actually) to be seriously injured and it't only a matter of luck that his head didn't slam into the ice. Far worse than Carlo hit, which was arguably still a "hockey play." This was a street fight. 10 game minimum suspension, in my opinion.

Barzal got fined $3,000 less for “diving” (shouldn’t have even been a fine there in the first place.) I swear they just have a wheel they spin and whatever it lands on they give the player in question
