I doubt Nashville would trade Saros, but the other two would've been good deals imo

      Just in general:

If people don't want to view Saros as on the same level as Vasilevskiy/Helle/Gibby then ok but his career stats are about the same as all 3 of them

At very worst he's the 1B to their 1A

Didn't notice until literally just now that Saros had a .929 save percentage and was on pace for a GSAx over 10 (in 82 games) sheesh

Knew he was good but not that good lol

I never even heard of Saros when he first entered the league but I just realized he's never had a GSAx below 0. That's insane!

Since the trade deadline has passed, this discussion is moot.

      Saros definitely wouldn't be available.

As far as what Toronto should have done, Oleksiak probably would have been a good target but I think Foligno was an excellent add for the Leafs

Even after the deadline, you still post trash Hall trades.
Hall got a second and people all thought it was terrible for Buffalo. Why post something that's even worse? Why would Buffalo accept this when it's not even close to what Hall actually got?
Besides, rather have Folingo. He fits the leafs way better.

I like teams in the other 3 Divisions more than this team. They have a better chance with this team (mainly the upgrade in net), but not my favorite for the Cup.

I actually feel this is a better offer than what he actually got cuz Abruzzi is TOR’s 4th best prospect per Craig Button.

I like Foligno but I feel Hall has every bit as much impact as him. Their forechecking & defensive results are similar but Hall’s offensive abilities are much better.

I won't argue Hall might have a better offensive impact, but Foligno is better defensively. While Hall is the better player, Folingo fits Toronto's needs a lot better.

And maybe Abruzzeze is better than I realize, but he's already 22 so his ceiling is probably low. Rather have a second but I could be wrong.

IDK man, Hall’s relative xGA is -0.07 whereas Foligno is +0.3.
