Description

BOS Trades- 2021 4th, 2022 6th. Acquires Nikita Zadorov.
CHI Receives- 2021 4th (BOS) Retains 50% of contract
Third Team Receives- 2022 6th (BOS) Retains 25% of contract.

Nikita Zadorov's cap hit in Boston is $0.8M
I'm assuming a player from Boston may have to be sent elsewhere, not too sure

This is just an idea I thought of, not sure if the money maneuvering can make it work. I originally wanted Kulikov from NJD. I'd still like to see BOS to add a dman, but not the end of the world if they don't.

For the record, I think you start Hall on the second line with Pasta and Krej. Eventually, I would like to see Pasta back on the first line with Smitty and Hall with Krej.

The price you're paying for him is right. The price NHL GMs would pay for him is more.

I'd even throw in Senyshyn and a pick. Or just a lower level prospect in general, wasn't too sure of his value

San Jose can’t retain any more contracts because there is a max of just two contract retention spots, which were used on Foligno and now Janmarj

Kulikov is a UFA this year. Zad is 25 and still has two years of RFA status. Hawks are perfectly fine keeping him. I'm all for a Zad extention this summer
