Niskanen is retired. I dont think PHI has to retain 50% of his salary and pay DET a 3rd for that fact.

Do I need to go on?

If he’s on LTIR the cap won’t be affected

why would you include a 3rd with Niskanen then? Why would PHI retain 50% of his salary?

why move gus for a 3rd to WPG when he got a 7th from MTL?

It just undermines the whole thing
