This deal wasn't worth it. The Leafs gave the Sharks a 4th to SJS for 25% retention on Foligno so that they could have the cap space to give a 5th for Hutton.

Basically a 4th and a 5th for Hutton. Overpay imo.

That's about the price I'd pay for Hutton.
