How does the cap and waivers work in the playoffs?

I feel like I should know how this works from previous years but I don't and my google search didn't stir up the answers I was looking for.

Do teams need to be cap compliant in the playoffs? Are there still waivers?

I'm curious what happens if Freddie comes off LTIR as an example. If it's in-season they would have to expose him to waivers or Rittich and would cause other cap issues.

No, the cap doesn't exist in the playoffs. Which means waivers also don't.

no cap in the playoffs so no need to waive. basically the pressbox be full
