Power is projected to be 1OA. There’s no way the Ducks add Zegras too 😂.

If the Sabres pass on Power why would they trade Eichel for him. Sabres outright decline that to start but their's 0 logic there

Theres no real value in that trade. Rakell has one year left, Steel is bottom 6 guy, and a 2nd? And where do you get drafting Power? Buffalo will most likely have the 1st overall pick this draft so that doesnt even make sense

Everyone said the same about Detroit last year. Look where they drafted.

Sabres dont want him at all even if they win the lottery. The trade isnt close, and Power is not that valuable

And if Buffalo does get the first overall pick I think they take Matt Beniers. Unless Owen Power simply is the absolute best player in this draft I think Beniers would be the better choice based on what they already have.

They have a better shot at it than Anaheim and can drop no further than 3

They can still trade Manson in the offseason prior to the expansion draft.

And if he’s not he’ll be protected. They’ll dare SEA to take Shattenkirk if they don’t already have a deal with the kraken.

Statistically wrong and historically untrue. Only 3 times in the 10 years that the draft lottery has existed has the first overall pick gone to the team that had the worst overall record. The odds on Buffalo holding on to the first pick are less than 25%.

Which I hope the Sabres can maintain because there are only 4 players in this draft I see as anything more than just another guy and one of those players wrecked their foot btw powers wasn't one of them.

I just want to trade it, im more interested in the back half of the first and the 2nd round. At least trade down and get 3 or 4 picks instead. When the top forward in the draft may be a 2nd line center at best, may as well. Say they get a late 1st and 2 2nds - 5 chances between 25-55 to hit on a forward, and maybe pick up a power forward theyve been missing for too long or a new age heavy

If you trade it you trade it for picks in 2022 and 2023
