Edvinsson really aint a top 10 guy anymore. I would avoid him unless u want a project.

Heard Power may be available due to someone from Sweden named Eklund making a strong case for 1OA

Detroit should look at Power or Hughes if they want defense

I'm not a DRW fan, but I'd have them grab Beniers if he's available.

Depends on how much of a project you want to take on. Hughes you leave him alone for a year or 2 and you’ve got a solid d. Edvinsson from what I’ve seen, can skate well and defend well at times, but he gets lost a lot and his passing is atrocious.

detroit really has no need for forwards, what they need is an eventual partner for Seider.

Yeah personally I don’t think he’s an offensive guy or a top 5 pick. But with Yzerman you never know. Probably Luke Hughes, Button compared him to Morgan Rielly

Luke Hughes would be a good fit then. Seider as the defensive guy and Hughes can be offensive. Button compared him to Rielly

Hughes or Power would be my choices unless Detroit get 1OA than Eklund would be the guy right now

my top 5 changes based on a buddy of mine showing me Eklunds gameplay and holy crap despite being small hes dangerous and a complete package combining everything u want in a forward

top 5 probs be

1. Eklund
2. Power
3. Beniers
4. Hughes
5. Clarke but if someone gambles could be Raty

If they think luke can be as good offensively as Quinn Idk how you pass on him but edvinsson seems like the big smooth complete dman Steve likes. I mean it's a tough choice.

I mostly agree with this, except I think it would be nice to have a really good center prospect beyond Veleno and Rasmussen. Otherwise, completely agree with you the Wings forward prospects.

Also, I think we already have the twin towers. I am very optimistic about Wallinder.

This is the year of the defencemen. Taking a long at LD, it doesn’t look too good. I’ll take a LD here. Then imagine getting your franchise centre next year between one of Wright, Lambert, Savoie.

Yep, completely agree. Just imagine a pairing of Seider + whatever top defenseman Detroit drafts.

I get what you are saying but I do think the go with a left handed defenseman. Is Beniers a #1 center in the NHL? From what I've read and seen it looks like is more like Veleno a very good 2 way center that works very hard. For Detroit to take a center with the amount of really good LH defensemen he would have to be a #1 center.

Next year is when you draft a centre. There’s at least 3 #1 centres available at the top of the draft
