Probably. Who knows what NMCConfused are waiwed aswell. Hard to think Devon Toews is really available.

Backlund has a NTC that doesn't stop with Seattle only players with NMC have to waive. Like Lucic but Backlund can be exposed

Surpiringly many teams are in trouble atm not having the required amount of expansion liable players. Meaning ufaConfused under contract for 2022 for example.
