    Seattle would need a bigger incentive to take Okposo.. Eakin is also a cap dump tbh.
    I feel like you could do better for Risto.
    Miller for a 3rd seems about right. Sabres may have to retain though.

    For example:

    Vegas took Mikhail Grabovski 5 mil cap on LTIR from NYI in exchange for Jake Bischoff, 2017 1st and 2019 2nd. That was 2 years at 5 mil each year.

    In exchange for 8.25 and 6 mil that would be a good starting point. Sabres 2021 1st, 2023 2nd, a dman prospect and then whatever covers the extra money....

    Yeah Vegas got a first for Grabovski and Vegas could put him on LTIR. Okposo has to be on the roster.. a 3rd is no where near enough, and Eakin isnt a great addition for them either.

    Francis did an interview a while back and said cap dumps would cost a 1st and a good prospect. That may have been for one year contracts. Two cap dumps, one for two years, is probably outside the Sabres comfort zone....
