    I wouldnt be opposed to it, but buffalos pick is gonna be like 33rd and winnipegs like 55-60th. thatll cost more than a 5th.

    Plus they didn’t have any scouts for October draft too. It seems like they will have more for this offseason.

    personally I don't think Manson is worth that price, and from what it sounds like Seattle is going to ask for a 1st + a prospect to get them to stay away from players. I would rather us lose someone than pay that.

    As a Ducks fan, I agree (As do the majority of us) that Manson's value isn't that, especially since you only get him for a season.

    The issue is that GMBM values him excessively high, and I don't particularly disagree with him saying "Either overpay, or we'll keep him" in this situation. If the Ducks were to move Manson, they'd be left with Drysdale eating much harder minutes than he realistically should be early in his career. A scenario where they keep Manson, and use him to eat those tougher d-zone minutes isn't a bad option IMO.
