    That would make Montreal look pretty good, but Caufield would need to really pan out and be ready to go. However, there is no way Winnipeg looks at that deal.

    Come on, it's really fair. Things could be tweaked... but the return is there.

    Because there's no reason for Winnipeg to do it. Suzuki is alright, but PLD is much better at everything. Drouin is an overpayed bottom 6 winger that the Jets don't need and Fairbrother would be 6th or 7th on the Jets LD depth chart. There's just no incentive for Winnipeg.

    I agree that in terms of need, this offer doesn't cut. Maybe a better LHD prospect like Harris or Norlinder... after that.. I don't know the need of WPG except maybe a RHD
