Probably not the most realistic or likley path, but it would be fun to pry open a 2-3 year window to try to get Toews/Kane/Kieth another ring

Seems like a lot for Lindholm. Not that he isn't worth it, but we would be throwing a lot at him and I'm not sure he is enough to make us contenders.

idk, I think adding Toews, Lindholm, and Miller to a roster already fighting for a playoff spot probably makes us a contender. Not to mention further development of the young guys like Dach, Boqvist, Mitchell, Suter, Hagel, etc.

I'm disapproving of this only because you traded away my man crush Kurashev. :-P

How in the world are we the ones giving up a prospect a young roster player and a first round pick. I know JT miller but that Loui Eriksson contract is not getting taken on if were the ones dumping pieces. Lindholm deal is fine, I like the idea of getting him too, but Jesus, that Vancouver trade is so bad for Chicago and completely against the direction of the organization. I'd like to hear your justification because even without Erikssons contract it seems like to much to give up for JT Miller

JT Miller is really good. He plays center or wing, Powerplay and penalty kill. And hes a ppg scorer. Those guys don't grow on trees. I value taking erikson on as a 2nd round pick. Miller is also only 28 and he has more than 1 year left on his deal so he's not a rental

I know that this post is about if we go toward an instant contending phase, but I don't think thats the best idea for us right away. I know Miller is really good, but the value for JT miller should be less if Eriksson is added. I just dont love the mindset of this move

The package is fair but if the Canucks trade Miller they're gonna want a youngish RHD to play with Hughes

Hawks could maybe swap pieces out for Mitchell but we would be dropping Kurashev, Vlasic, and the 3rd

I know it's a bit counter intuitive but what about 2021 1st and Murphy? Maybe the nucks even add a mid round pick
