      That’s definitely an approach I guess. Some good trades for the teams that are not pit. Also don’t know how many years Matheson has left but maybe that one is not possible if it’s more than 2

      Why not aspire for something better than aging solid players, especially giving up quite alot of quality assets and potentially a lottery pick like...

      Cumulatively those assets could be

      Ristolainen sucks, Giordano is old and not worth giving up Marino AND a 1st, Dadonov doesn't improve the top 6 much.

      These trades also see the Pens lose some valuable assets that they must keep. It's terrible asset management
