CUDA LINEUP.

So like hear me out. Maybe using Leonard and Gregor, skilled goal scorers, in checking roles and low minutes DOESNT FREAKING HELP. Play them large minutes in the cuda top six, and go for the calder cup

Any players on NHL roster, not including taxi squad, as of April 12th are ineligible for AHL playoffs (I believe)

    WAIT REALLY??

I mean that makes a lot of sense, to keep fairness from bad NHL teams just going for it. This post is also just a callout on Boughner for being a **** coach

    1. There’s no plans for a Calder cup playoffs yet. And 2. The Cuda lose to the Reign or Gulls early in the playoffs.

No. If teams made paper transactions to send players down on TDL day they’re eligible for the Calder cup playoffs. But as I said there aren’t plans for the playoffs so not much was made about that this year.

Probably the silver knights but I mean we never consistently play the same lineup, and randomly demote skill guys like Cheko in the lineup

Glad to see I'm not the only one who questions Boughner. I mean there are certain things he has done well, but at this point talk to Dougie and tell him you want to play the young guys and see what they can do.

Playing the kids is the best option no matter what.

Players like Gregor Leonard Blichy etc all have more offensive upside, if you're trying to win with Jones in net, you've really got to score.

If this is a tank, there's no reason for veterans, develop the young players so they're better in the future.

I still think they should have given more AHL time to Leonard. He’s had some good moments and has looked NHL ready a good portion of the time, but he could use more development. Sometimes he is absolutely invisible out there. Literally haven’t noticed Leno in 10 games lol.

Meanwhile Gregor is sitting his ass on the taxi squad because Boughners too idiotic to play him over Sorensen or Viel.

I really really think True and Blichfeld should be called up to hold down the 4th line together. Watched them play for the cuda 2 nights ago and they genuinely look NHL ready to me, and they’ve been producing well.

I would definitely be on board for sending younger guys down to help the cuda and get them more ice time. Think we’re too stubborn to actually do that though.
