I think the Oilers pass here. Could probably sign a goalie in the offseason and bit give up a ton of assets. I know Koskinen is going back but still not worth losing a first, and few top forward prospects and a top D prospect and a third. Not to mention Domis value is as low as it's ever been.

Agreed, Edmonton isn't doing this. I can't agree with your comment about Koskinen though - aside from the beginning of this season when he was played into the ground he's been excellent for Edmonton in the past 1.5 years, well worth his salary. Your comment makes it seem like he's a cap dump, but he isn't.

Edmonton has to at least strike out on Driedger and ullmark before trying to trade for merzlikins.
